Abstract

A brief analysis of the colorectal cancer (CRC) development in the world was conducted, followed by the description of the most known causes of the disease and the possible remedies. A tentative prevention can be suggested using polyglucosamine (PG L112) which mechanistically has some characteristics that can counteract the development of the disease.
