Abstract

Earlobe rejuvenation is an integral part of full-face rejuvenation. For milder ptosis (Mowlavi grade ≤II), dermal fillers are a non-surgical alternative. We report on a retrospective evaluation of 26 Caucasian, middle-aged women, who underwent earlobe rejuvenation with hyaluronic acid-based fillers. The satisfaction was high with 92% highly satisfied and 8% satisfied. Adverse events were mild and temporary with injection pain, bruising and edema. On average improvement was noted 9 months, in some patients up to 12 months.
