Abstract

Wrinkles of periocular tissues is favored by facial expressions, by the loss of the capacity of the extracytoplasmic matrix, by the loss of stem cell niches in the dermis. The repairing of a physiological neocollagenogenesis using vital progenitors derived from adipose tissue with characteristic surface markers of adult mesenchymal stem cells administered s.c. mesotherapically through a scaffold of free macromolecular hyaluronic acid allows a more lasting activity of the vital micrograft for the characteristics biological scaffold.
