The new Cosmetic Dermatology horizon of keeping materials, products, and tools at their highestvalue by the Circular Economy, could be part of a transition towards a restorative and regenerativeeconomic cycle. This new way of thinking and working, will move Dermatologists, Plastic surgeons,Biologists, and Cosmetic chemists from wasteful resource use to foster lower cost products and ser-vices, characterized by less carbon emissions and more employment possibilities.Circular economy, in fact, is based on a functional model service in which manufacturers, retailers, and professional people retail the ownership of their products and replace the concept of the consu-mer with that of the user. Eliminating waste from the industrial and consumer chain will save costand reduce resource dependence. As an example, nanochitin and nanolignin, obtained from crustacean by-products and plant biomassrespectively, used to produce cosmetic and pharmaceutical carriers, food packaging, and advancedmedications completely biodegradable and compostable. This innovative way to produce goods andservices could eradicate poverty and improve social equity
